Return & Refund Policy

At Bagolica, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review our return and refund terms carefully before initiating a return request.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date the order is delivered.

Return requests submitted after 14 days from delivery will not be eligible for approval.

Refund Processing Time

Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must include original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • The product must not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse
  • The item must not be marked as final sale or non-returnable

Bagolica reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn handbags
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom products

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return:

If the return is due to our error

Examples include wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged item upon arrival.
In such cases, Bagolica will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer reasons

Examples include change of mind, ordering wrong color, size preference, or no longer needed.
In these cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Label

Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment unless the return is approved due to our error.

Bagolica does not automatically provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.

Inspection & Approval

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. If the item meets our return conditions, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

If the item does not meet return criteria, we may:

  • Reject the return
  • Offer partial refund if applicable
  • Return the item back to the customer at their expense

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • Include your order number

We will review and provide further instructions.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange a product must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
